POM

POM is a kind of synthetic resin, also known as polyformaldehyde resin, POM plastic, etc. It is a kind of white or black plastic particle with high hardness, high rigidity and high wear resistance. POM materials can be used by factories to process into a variety of POM custom parts, and POM parts are mainly used for gear, bearings, automotive parts, machine tools, instrument parts, toys and other skeleton products.

1.POM custom part has good comprehensive performance and coloring, high elastic modulus, high rigidity and hardness, specific strength and specific rigidity close to metal;

2. POM injection molding part with excellent tensile strength, bending strength, creep resistance and fatigue resistance, resistance to repeated impact, excellent recovery after load;

3.POM plastic part can be resistant to chemicals: in addition to strong acids, phenols and organic halides, POM part have stability to other chemicals,like oil resistance; Mechanical properties of POM injection molding parts are less affected by temperature and have higher thermal deformation temperature.;

4.POM custom injection molding parts with small friction coefficient, wear resistance, good dimensional stability, good surface gloss, high viscoelasticity, excellent electrical insulation, and POM injected product is not affected by temperature; it is also with good insulation resistance and not affected by humidity.

5.POM custom part has the disadvantage of poor flame retardancy, slow combustion in fire, small oxygen index, even if POM part adds flame retardant and the effect is not ideal. In addition, the weather resistance of POM custom parts is not ideal, and the stabilizer should be added for outdoor applications.

6. Homopolyaldehyde has higher crystallinity, better mechanical strength, rigidity and thermal deformation temperature than copolymeraldehyde. Copolymeraldehyde has a low melting point, thermal stability, chemical resistance, flow characteristics, and machinability superior to homophoraldehyde.

7.
